Motherly Designs

This book is a light humorous account of five years in a tiny New England town where I was guided by my mother as well as allowed the freedom of self expression especially in my clothing. My mother was a quiet woman, but sometimes too quiet. Her actions were my insight as to who she really was, a creative, loving woman. I believe parents can learn an approach to parenting from this book that will benefit their children.
